In auspicious week of diwali maddock films has announced their new installment of its horror comedy universe “THAMA”. We will be seeing Ayushmann Khurrana sharing screen with Rashmika Mandana ,the film also stares Paresh Rawal and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. This movie is going to extend the universe of stree which also includes Bhediya and Munjya. Munjya director Aditya Sarpotdar is making a return to this universe with thama, other than munjya he has made kakuda and zombivili types of horror comedy. It is written by Niren Bhatt, Suresh Mathew and Arun Fulara. Maddock has described this film as a bloody love story, it will hit the the theatres on diwali 2025. In this film Ayushman will be playing a role of vampire as per the rumors, his role was also hinted in the post credit scene of stree 2. The bar will be high for this film as maddock has deliver back to back hits in theatres and stree 2 has become the highest grossing hindi film of the year 2024 with a whopping collection of rs 800 crore.
